Coming off the election season- we are all fatigued and exhausted.. oh and throw in day light savings time!! Can I get an amen on well-being? We'll discuss the things that can affect our well-being, as well as being aware of our triggers. Sometimes we can figure out the trigger beforehand and isolate it- but usually it hits us and we can't avoid those triggers. I share several tips and tools on how to mitigate and lessen stress, frustration, anxiety that you can use. What are ways that you protect your well-being? Every day life is stressful, throw in election cycle, election and day light savings and YOWZA- that's a lot of anxiety.  Our WOW word of well-being is the perfect topic to talk about this episode.  Learn the things that affect your well-being.  Learn how to do check-ins with yourself. What is your body telling you?  Where is energy stuck?  What does your body need?  While we can't avoid all triggers of life, we can learn to respond- mitigate and neutralize by having some easy-to-use tools.  Exercises that can be done any where that can help release stuck energy, or pent-up emotions in a helpful, calming way.  You can be more mindful in preserving your well-being and fostering it with things that help to support it.
